The flagship release marries the spice of MGP’s high rye bourbon and Ironroot’s award-winning heirloom corn bourbon. The final blend highlights the juicy stone fruits of the port casks and the lingering finish of the Cognac casks. Developed by the experienced duo of Ironroot Republic’s Jonathan Likarish and YouTube’s “The Liquorhound” host Chris Trevino.
TASTING NOTES – Dark honey, plum, and brandied cherries on the nose carry into the palate and are joined by stewed apricots, pipe tobacco and dark chocolate mint ice-cream on the finish.
